Need a hand with Dealglance? Email dealglance@cachepile.io and we'll help. We aim to respond within a couple of business days.
Getting started
Connecting your CRM. Open Dealglance and tap Connect next to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce — connect one or all three. You'll sign in on that CRM's own official screen and approve access to your deals. Your CRM password stays with your CRM provider — Dealglance never sees it. Once connected, add the pipeline widget to your Home Screen, open the macOS menu bar app, or pin the Control Center actions you use most. You can connect more than one account of the same CRM too — e.g. two HubSpot portals, or a production and a sandbox Pipedrive account — up to your plan's account limit.
Adding a widget. Long-press your Home Screen, tap the +, search for Dealglance, and choose a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget. On Mac, Dealglance also adds a desktop widget you can pin to Notification Center.
Logging notes, calls, meetings, and tasks. From a deal's detail screen — or from the widget and Control Center quick-capture buttons — you can log a note, a call, or a meeting against whichever deal you most recently viewed, without opening your CRM's own app. Turn on "Remind me in 3 days" on a note or call to get a local reminder if you haven't followed up.
Sorting, filtering, and exporting your pipeline. Browse Deals sorts by close date, amount, stage, or account, filters by CRM, stage, pipeline, or amount (save your favorite filters for one-tap reuse), and groups by stage with per-group totals. On Mac, right-click a column header to show, hide, or reorder columns, and use the toolbar to export the current view to CSV.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or the Subscriptions section of the App Store. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple. See our Terms of Service for subscription details.
Disconnecting and deleting your data
- check_circle Disconnect a CRM: use the disconnect option inside the app to end that connection — you can disconnect one CRM while keeping others connected.
- check_circle Revoke access from your CRM: you can also remove Dealglance from your HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce account's connected-apps settings at any time.
- check_circle Delete the app: removing Dealglance from your device deletes the stored connection and any cached data on that device.
Because your CRM data is not stored on our servers, disconnecting and deleting the app removes your data from Dealglance's control. To confirm removal of any residual backend records associated with you, email dealglance@cachepile.io and we'll take care of it.
See our Privacy Policy for the full details of what we process.
Common questions
Is Dealglance made by HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce? No — it's an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc., Pipedrive Inc., or Salesforce, Inc.
What can Dealglance access? Only what you approve at sign-in. Dealglance requests access to your connected CRM's deals (read and write) — nothing else.
Which CRMs are supported? HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce are all fully supported — connect one or all three.
Requirements. A recent version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS, and an active account with at least one supported CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) you're authorized to use.
