These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CachePile ("Dealglance", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Dealglance iOS, iPadOS, and macOS app and the website at dealglance.cachepile.io (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dealglance is an independent iOS, iPadOS, and macOS companion app that connects to your CRM account(s) — HubSpot, Pipedrive, and/or Salesforce — with your authorization, to display and update your deals through the app, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the macOS menu bar, and Control Center actions. Dealglance is not a CRM and does not replace HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You represent that any CRM account you connect is one you are authorized to access and use.

3. Your CRM accounts and third-party services

The Service works by connecting to your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, and/or Salesforce) on your behalf. Your use of each CRM is governed by your own agreement with that provider, and you are responsible for complying with its terms and for the accuracy and legality of the data in your CRM account. We are not responsible for a CRM provider's availability, changes to its API, or actions you take in your CRM account through the Service. Dealglance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc., Pipedrive Inc., or Salesforce, Inc.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription ("Dealglance Pro"), sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase.

check_circle Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
check_circle Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
check_circle Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
check_circle Pricing. Current pricing and terms are shown in the app before you purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
check_circle Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. Contact Apple for billing and refund requests.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business use. The app is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, and where these Terms conflict with that EULA, that EULA governs the app to the extent required by Apple.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of your CRM provider or Apple; (b) attempt to bypass your CRM's or any provider's rate limits, security, or access controls; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law; (d) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Dealglance name, app, website, and content (excluding your CRM data and third-party trademarks), is owned by CachePile and protected by intellectual-property laws. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Apple, and other marks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always reflect the current state of your CRM data. You are responsible for verifying important changes in your CRM.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CachePile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CachePile harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your CRM(s) and deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7–10) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict- of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.
